The Gas Vacuum Furnace is available in various sizes and variants as described below.

60" wide x 60" high x 104" long, up to 10,000 lb load (heavier loads possible).

 

Large, 1250°F Nitrogen

Our most popular size is the 36" w x 36" h x 64" long, with up to 5,000 lb loading possible.

 

Compact Size, Competitive Price

Our latest furnace size is smaller at 24"x 24" x 42", as is the price.  We have streamlined the furnace for smaller heat treat needs.

 

High Temperature, 1750°F Processing

The basic furnace design is for 1250°F as a maximum temperature.  Variations, up to 1750°F are possible.  We have experience at all temperatures to 1750°F.  Temperatures up to 1900°F are also on the drawing board.
